1. Present writ petition has been filed to challenge the auction notice dated 06.10.2018 issued by the Collector in pursuance of the recovery initiated by the Punjab National Bank, respondent no.5.
2. At the outset, Ms. Sudha Pandey, learned counsel appearing for the bank states that the auction notice is consequential to the earlier recovery proceedings that are subject matter of challenge in Writ-C No. 23075 of 2018 filed by the present petitioner.
3. In view of the above objection, the present writ petition, being second petition arising from the same cause of action, is not maintainable. It is accordingly dismissed.
