The sole prayer of the petitioner is that the Case No. 484/2526 of 2015, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Act, may be decided expeditiously.
Without entering into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Case No. 484/2526 of 2015, under Section 34 of the U.P. Revenue Act, be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With the aforesaid observations/directions, the writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
