JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned advocate for the petitioner submitted that the civil application is to be decided along with the main matter. Hence office is directed to place the main matter i.e. Special Civil Application No. 7038 of 1998 in a fixed matter hearing board along with this civil application, instead of showing in the admission board, so that on the given date matter could be proceeded with and put an end to.
