JUDGMENT / ORDER

By way of this petition the petitioner has prayed to direct the respondent to forth with issue duly stamped royalty pass books to the petitioner and continue to issue duly stamped royalty pass books as and when applied for by the petitioner upon fulfilling requisite conditions and holding that the inaction on the part of the respondent in not issuing duly stamped royalty pass books to the petitioner though the petitioner has made an application accompanied by duly filled in proforma and has tendered the requisite amount of advance with the provisions of the Act and the Rules as well as the other rules and regulations, is completely unjustified.
Mr. J.K. Shah, learned A.G.P. states that the application of the petitioner will be considered within two weeks from today.
In view of the statement made by the learned AGP, the authority is directed to decide the applications of the petitioner in accordance with law expeditiously and release at least one passbook within ten days from today, if the case if is decided in favour of the petitioner.
With above directions, petition stands disposed of. Notice is discharged with no order as to costs. Liberty to revive in case of any difficulty.
