The sole prayer of the writ petitioner is to get the recall application dated 2.9.1999 filed for the recalling of the order dated 11.2.1999 be decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the recall application itself shall be decided within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
