1. Shri T. R. Mishra, Learned Advocate appearing for the applicant does not press this application at this stage and urges that the main petition itself be fixed for final disposal in the next week. Ms. L. K. Bhaya, learned advocate for the respondent submits that the issue pertaining to Service Regulation No.113 is lodged before the Division Bench in L.P.A. No.1974 of 2004 , wherein the same is granted in favour of the employer.
2. Be that as it may. The Court is of the view that the main matter is required to be fixed for final disposal and accordingly it is fixed on 27th June, 2012. The Civil Application is disposed of.
