2. Pending proceedings in Cr.No.148 of 2017, the defacto complainant and the petitioners have amicably settled the dispute among themselves.
3. Today the petitioners and the second respondent/defacto complainant are personally present before this Court and they have also been identified. An affidavit has also been filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant, stating that he has no objection to quash the criminal proceedings in Cr.No.148 of 2017.
4. Recording the affidavit filed by the second respondent/defacto complainant, the proceedings in Cr.No.148 of 2017 on the file of the 1st respondent is quashed.
5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands allowed. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
