[Order of the Court was made by G.R.SWAMINATHAN, J.] This writ petition has been filed for directing the authorities to take action for stopping the illegal drawal of drinking water from the bore wells situated in Allikulam, Melakootankadu, Keelakutankadu, Kumaragiri, Pudukkottai Villages. The writ petitioner has given a representation dated 20.04.2017 in this regard.
2. The third respondent is directed to enquire into the matter. The third respondent shall hear the writ petitioner as well as the concerned parties and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law. If there is any illegal exploitation of ground water for commercial purposes, the same shall be disallowed. The third respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law on the petitioner's representation. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
3.This writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
