JUDGMENT / ORDER

Having heard learned Advocate for the applicant, it transpires that learned Advocate was abroad when the order was passed on 10/09/2008 in SCA (Stamp) No.7566 of 2008. The delay has already been condoned.
In this view of the matter, the order dated 10/09/2008 passed in SCA (Stamp) No.7566 of 2008 is recalled. The said SCA (Stamp) No.7566 of 2008 is ordered to be restored to its original number on a condition that the office objections shall be removed on or before 23/04/2012.
Application stands disposed of accordingly.
