As can be noted from the record, the respondent No.2 could not be served for not having been found at the given address. According to learned advocate Mr. Panchal address has been taken from the cause title of the bail application preferred before the learned Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Ahmedabad. Once again notice shall go to respondent No.2 to be served through the Investigating Agency being CID(Crime), Economic Cell, Gandhinagar Zone Police Station, Ahmedabad.
