JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE PARESH UPADHYAY) Rule.
Mr.Pandya, learned APP waives service of notice of Rule.
By way of this application, the applicant - convict has prayed that he be enlarged on temporary bail for treatment of his wife.
From the papers annexed with the application, we find that no surgery of thyroid is suggested, as projected by the applicant - convict in this application.
Under these circumstances, the application needs not be considered. Hence, the application is rejected. Rule discharged.
