2. In this petition, the petitioner is seeking for a writ of mandamus directing respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-F dated 7.3.2019.
3. When the matter was taken up today, learned High Court Government Pleader submitted that the representation of the petitioner shall be dealt with in accordance with law.
4. In view of the submission made and in the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to decide the representation of the petitioner at Annexure-F dated 7.3.2019, by a speaking order, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of certified copy of the order passed on this day. It is made clear that no opinion is expressed on the merits of the matter.
Accordingly, the petition is disposed of.
