At the very outset, Shri Vivek Srivastava, learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State, states that the FIR has been registered in the matter as case crime no.195 of 2018 under Section 366 of the IPC, P.S. Gandhi Park, District-Aligarh.
Faced with the aforesaid submissions, Shri Sandeep Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners fairly contends that the writ petition has become infructuous but he seeks leave to take appropriate remedy in law.
The writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
