Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned AGA for the State and perused the material on record.
The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed by the applicant for quashing the order dated 25.1.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No.7, Ghaziabad, in S.T. No.1464 of 2014 (State Vs. Karamvir and others) under Sections 307, 324, 506 IPC, P.S. Masoori District Ghaziabad.
After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments made in the present application, I do not find any force in the application, which may warrant any interference by this Court in exercise of power conferred under section 482 Cr.P.C. jurisdiction.
Accordingly, the application lacks merit and is dismissed.
