Vakalatnama filed today by Sri Anurag Pandey, Advocate on behalf of applicants as well as compromise application filed today by Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 are taken on record.
Heard Sri Anurag Pandey, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Sudarshan Singh, learned counsel for the opposite party no.2 and learned AGA for the State.
Present application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the summoning order dated 11.4.2016 passed by Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bareilly as well as the entire proceedings of Case No. 601/2015, under Sections 354, 323 IPC, P.S. Bhuta, District Bareilly.
In the affidavit filed today on behalf of opposite party no.2, it is stated that parties have settled their dispute outside the Court on the intervention of reputed persons of the vicinity, both the parties are agreed to withdraw the cases filed against each other, and therefore, the opposite party no.2 have no objection in case, present proceedings be quashed.
In view of the above, the proceedings of proceedings of Case No. 601/2015, under Sections 354, 323 IPC, P.S. Bhuta, District Bareilly are hereby quashed.
The application stands allowed.
