1. Ms. Alka Upadhyay holding brief of Shri Santosh Tripathi, learned counsel for revisionist states that she has no instruction. No other counsel has appeared to press this revision though the case has been called in revised. In the circumstances, I myself have perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by judgment and order dated 5.3.1998 passed by VIII Addl. Sessions Judge, Ghaziabad in Criminal Appeal No. 77 of 1997 whereby dismissing the appeal of the applicant/revisionist.
3. Having gone through the record, I do not find any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
