Kapadvanj vs Unknown

It appears that by order dated 19/12/2011, this Court called for R & P. However, in view of the fact that R & P of the Lower Appellate Court was before this High Court, Registry did not call for R & P from the Trial Court.

In view of the above, R & P of Criminal case no. 1795/2002 decided by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate First Class at Kapadwanj be called for forthwith, so as to reach to this Court on or before 16/2/2012. S. O. to 21/2/2012.
