JUDGMENT / ORDER

Being aggrieved of Ext.P1 order passed by the 1st respondent, the petitioner approached the 2nd respondent by way of Ext.P2 appeal, which led to Ext.P3 order dated 24.02.2014. The case of the petitioner is that, specific grounds raised by the petitioner in paragraphs 9 and 10 of Ext.P2 Memorandum of Appeal have unfortunately been omitted to be considered by the 2nd respondent, while passing Ext.P3 order and in the said circumstances, the petitioner has preferred Ext.P4 petition for rectification, in terms of the relevant provisions of law. The prayer is to cause the same to be considered and disposed of within a reasonable time.
2. Heard the learned Government Pleader as well.
3. The writ petition is disposed of, directing the 2nd respondent to consider Ext.P4 and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner, at the earliest, at any rate, within 'two months' from the date of receipt of a W.P.(C) No.22186 of 2014 2 copy of this judgment. Coercive proceedings, if any, shall be kept in abeyance till such time.
The petitioner shall produce a copy of this judgment, along with a copy of the writ petition, before the 2nd respondent, for further steps.
