Shri Bhatt, learned advocate has submitted advance copy of this petition to Shri Hasurkar, learned advocate.
Learned advocates for the parties have submitted that this Court in Special Civil Application No. 10788 of 2011 has passed an order on 19.03.2012 and similar order may be passed in this matter also as the facts are similar and identical.
This petition is required to be disposed of in view of issuance of Resolution by the State dated 01.03.2012. Apropos the said resolution, now the petitioner would be at liberty to apply afresh in terms of the Resolution and if such application is made, the same shall be decided in accordance with law by competent authority within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt thereof.
With this observation, petition is disposed. No costs.
