BELOW OFFICE NOTE This Court vide order dated 26.12.2011, directed the Trial Court to rehear both the parties and decide the application Exh.5 for temporary injunction.

Considering the fact that the reply is yet to be filed in the said injunction application filed by the defendant No.2, time granted to the Trial Court to decide application Exh.5 is hereby extended for a further period of one month from today.

With the above observation, the office note stands disposed of.
