JUDGMENT / ORDER

This application has been sent through jail for releasing the applicant on parole. However, it is stated by learned APP, Ms.Shah that subsequently the applicant has been released on furlough by the jail authority in pursuance of his application for furlough. Fax copy of the letter dated 12-4-2012 sent by the Jail Authority, Bharuch Sub Jail is ordered to be taken on record.
In view of the above, this application does not survive and is disposed of. Rule is discharged.
