(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE P.B.MAJMUDAR) It is pointed out by both the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties that the matter has become infructuous as the term of the Sarpanch is already over.

In view of the same, now the present LPA has become infructuous in view of the subsequent development. Present LPA is disposed of accordingly as having become infructuous. Notice is discharged.
