JUDGMENT / ORDER

Mr.
K.K. Trivedi, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that he is restricting the prayer made by him in the petition at paragraph 10 [B], to land bearing Survey No. 292/1-2 of Final Plot No. 145, as per the Preliminary Town Planning Scheme No. 19, (Katargam) admeasuring about 6884 sq.mtrs.
Ms.
Mini Nair, learned Assistant Government Pleader, prays that the matter be adjourned, in order to enable her to file affidavit-in-reply. List the matter on 18th July, 2008.
