JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE JAYANT PATEL) The present application has been preferred by the applicant - accused for temporary bail on the ground that he wants to attend the engagement of his son.
Pursuant to the earlier order passed by this Court, the learned APP, based on the report received by him from the Superintendent of Police, Mehsana, states that the engagement is fixed.
Under these circumstances, the ground appears to be genuine.
Under these circumstances, the applicant - convict be released on temporary bail from 09.2.2012 to 16.2.2012 on condition of furnishing a personal bond of Rs.5,000/- and one surety of like amount with the further direction that the applicant - convict shall surrender before the concerned jail authority on expiry of the temporary bail period.
The application is allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly. Direct service is permitted.
