1. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and Shri Mritunjay Mohan Sahai who appears for respondents.
2. It is the case of petitioner that her husband was working as Assistant Mechanic with the respondent Corporation and he died on 10/11.11.2015 in harness. The petitioner being widow and successor of late Satish Chandra Dixit submitted an application for providing financial assistance for funeral procession of her husband as well as for taking further action for providing retiral benefits of her husband. Her application has not been considered in accordance with law and her family is facing financial destitution. Son of petitioner, Ravi Dixit had applied for compassionate appointment, his claim has also not been considered despite repeated representations. Counsel for petitioner has pointed out the last such representation made by petitioner on 26.04.2018, copy of which has been filed as Annexure - 5 to the writ petition.

Accordingly, without entering into the merits of controversy, this writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the respondent No. 3 to look into the grievance of the petitioner as raised in her representation and pass appropriate orders or refer the matter to competent authority to take a reasoned and speaking decision thereof. The entire exercise shall be completed within a period of three months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before the authority concerned.
4. The writ petition is disposed off.
