From a perusal of the records, it appears that the disputed property is a joint family property where a residential house is standing. An objection in this regard has been filed by one Shashi Chandra Shukla, who claims that he is a shareholder in the joint property. The said Shashi Chandra Shukla has not been impleaded as party.
At this stage, no cause for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed.
It is open to the petitioner to take out appropriate proceedings as per law after partition of the joint family holdings.
