The grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No.C-201901000000935) (Smt. Kantho vs. Keshtra Pal & Ors.) filed by her challenging the order dated 25.4.2018 was pending. A prayer has, therefore, been made that the aforesaid Revision pending in the Court of Additional Commissioner (Administration), Agra Division, Agra be decided expeditiously.
Without going into the merits of the case, it is directed that the Revision No.C-201901000000935) (Smt. Kantho vs. Keshtra Pal & Ors.) be decided within a period of four months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order shall be duly certified by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
