Heard learned counsel for the applicant.
The writ court vide order dated 24.05.2018, directed the Senior Superintendent of Police, Kanpur Nagar, to consider and decide the representation of the applicant.
Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the writ court order has been complied vide order dated 01.12.2018, however, the subordinate authorities are not complying the order passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police.
In my opinion, the contempt petition being misconceived is accordingly dismissed. Remedy available to the applicant is to approach the competent authority for enforcing the order of the Senior Superintendent of Police.
