Learned advocate for the applicants submits that the other cross-objections filed against the same judgment and award impugned in these appeals are admitted by this Court and as the appellants in these appeals were illiterate and could not manage for the funds for payment of court-fee stamp, these cross objections are filed late and therefore these applications are filed for condoning the delay caused in filing the said cross-objections.
Learned AGP submits that appropriate order may be passed.
Considering the averments made in the applications, these applications are allowed. Delay caused in filing first appeals is condoned. Rule is made absolute.
