In this appeal, the appellant has to answer whether the appeal filed at the behest of the owner who is not put forth in the defence in the given Claim Tribunal and if such an appeal can be filed and whether it can be entertained.

Secondly whether the amount ordered to be deposited pursuant to the interim order passed in Civil Application has been deposited with the Claims Tribunal or not?
