This writ petition is filed seeking following reliefs:-
"1- Issue an Ad-Interim Mandamus directing the Res. 2/Sub Divisional Magistrate, Phoolpur, District Prayagraj to decide the case No. 2423 of 2019 (Kanhaie Lal and others versus Rampal and others) filed under Section 116 of U.P. Land Revenue Code, 2006, pending before Res. No. 2 within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
2- Issue any other writ order and direction in the nature of mandamus as this Hon'ble Court deem fit and proper under the circumstances of the case."
Sri A.K. Singh, learned counsel for petitioners, on instructions, undertakes that either petitioners in person or through Advocate, shall appear on each and every date before the appropriate authority.
Taking note of the undertaking, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to concerned authority to decide the above referred application expeditiously, preferably within the period of one year from the date of production of a copy of this order.
