Court No. - 7
Case :- WRIT - A No. - 17581 of 2018 Petitioner :- Kanchan Lata Bhardwaj Respondent :- State Of U.P. And 3 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Vikash Chandra Tiwari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.
Hon'ble Dinesh Kumar Singh,J.
The petitioner has approached this Court for producing her answer-sheet for the examination she appeared on 17.06.2016 in pursuance to the advertisement No.02/2011 (T.G.T-English) by the Uttar Pradesh Madhyamik Shiksha Seva Chayan Board, Allahabad.
The only ground in the writ petition is that the petitioner believes that she attempted about 112 questions and, therefore, she should have been given 125 marks but she has not produce any document in support of this contention. This Court cannot issue any direction on mere apprehension or belief of the petitioner without there being any cogent material before this Court. The petition does not have any merit which has been filed on mere belief of the petitioner that she attempted 112 questions and, therefore, she should have given 125 marks and she is eligible for appointment on the post of teacher.
In view of the aforesaid discussion, this petition lacks merit and is, accordingly, dismissed.
