Heard learned counsel for the parties.
The grievance of the petitioner is that inspite of requisite fee being deposited with 4th respondent on 24.8.2018, scanned copy of the answersheet of the examination held for the recruitment and selection for the post of Assistant Teacher in Junior Basic School, has not been provided. Petitioner has placed reliance upon the judgment in the case of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla and 118 Others v. State of UP and 3 Others passed in Writ-A No.18235 of 2018.
Learned counsel for the respondent does not dispute that the matter involved in the present case is identically to the one involved in the case of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (supra).
In view of above, let respondent no. 4 is directed to issue scanned copy of the answersheet of the recruitment examination 2018 to the petitioner within 10 days from the date of production of certified copy of the order of course after due verification of the requisite deposit made by the petitioner. It is further provided that in the event petitioner applies for reexamination or re- evaluation of the answersheet, the same shall also be done in accordance with law in the light of observations made by this Court in the case of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (supra).
Writ petition is therefore disposed of in terms of the directions and observations made in the case of Aniruddh Narayan Shukla (supra).
