Mr.Bharat T.Rao, learned counsel for the petitioners, states that since the Director of Agricultural Marketing and Rural Finance has issued notice to the petitioners and the petitioners have already appeared before him pursuant to the said notice and proceedings are going on, he may be permitted to withdraw the petition with liberty to raise the legal contentions available to him before the Director of Agricultural Marketing and Rural Finance.

In view of the above statement, the permission to withdraw the petition is granted. The petition is disposed of as withdrawn.
