This Contempt Petition has been filed alleging disobedience of the order and direction issued in W.P.(MD) No.13827 of 2014 dated 26.08.2014, whereby a direction was issued to the respondent to refund the money deposited in the respondent bank, which according to the petitioner was swindled by the management.
2.Though a time was fixed to refund the amount deposited by the petitioner, the respondent herein has not effected payment till date. The contempt petition is pending from the year 2015. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court directs the respondent to intimate to the petitioner, by what time the amount would be refunded. Such reply should be sent within three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. After that, the petitioner is at liberty to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
3.With the above directions,, the Contempt Petition is closed.
