1. By a detailed order passed today in the connected matter, i.e. Application U/S 482 No. 16602 of 2017 (Mayank Jain & 3 Ors. Vs. State of U.P. & Anr.), the summoning order dated 20.02.2017, which is also impugned in the present application, has been set aside and the matter remitted to the learned Magistrate to pass a fresh order.
2. For the same reasons and on the same terms, the summoning order dated 20.02.2017 is set aside and the matter is remitted to the leaned Magistrate to pass a fresh order.
3. The present application is accordingly disposed of.
