JUDGMENT / ORDER

In the present matter, Rule was issued by this Court to the respondents vide order dated 23.12.2011 and endorsement of the Board indicated that the respondents were unserved. Thereafter, Fresh Rule was issued to the respondents on the correct address vide order dated 13.01.2012. Till today, the respondents are unserved. In that view of the matter, the application stands disposed of. Rule is discharged.
