JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was delivered by S.Manikumar,J) Ms.Greetha Senthilkumar, has circulated a letter, dated 24/2/2017 to the Registry, seeking permission of this Court to post this Habeas Corpus Petition under the caption “for withdrawal”. Thus, it is listed today.
2. Today, when the matter came up for hearing, Mr.J.Sathiaraj, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the instant Habeas Corpus Petition and he has made an endorsement to the following effect.
“I am withdrawing the petition.”
3. Placing on record the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Letter dated 24/2/2017, shall be treated as part of the record.
