JUDGMENT / ORDER

The affidavit filed by respondent no.1 is taken on record. Ms. Panchal, learned advocate for respondent no.1 has submitted that as per the affidavit the passport would be dispatched latest by 13.02.2012.
In view of this statement, learned advocate for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file fresh petition, in case of any difficulty. Permission, as prayed for is granted. The matter is disposed of as withdrawn. Notice is discharged. No costs.
