Kamleshbhai vs State

Considering the nature of allegations and manner in which various FIRs were registered in a case under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code and other provisions of Indian Electricity Act, learned counsel for the petitioners, upon instructions, seeks permission to withdraw these applications, at this stage, with a view to approach the concerned court for remedial measures under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and Electricity Act, 2003.

Permission, as prayed for, is granted.

Accordingly, all these petitions stand disposed of as withdrawn, at this stage.
