This criminal appeal has been filed against the judgment and order dated 15.6.1990 passed by Vth Additional District & Sessions Judge, Bijnor in Sessions Trial No. 355 of 1988, under Section 307 IPC, Police Station - Kotwali Sahar, District - Bijnor.
The Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bijnor vide letter dated 20.3.2021 has informed that the appellant - Kamlesh has died.
The death confirmation report has also been sent. Hence, this appeal stands abated against the sole appellant - Kamlesh.
Consequently, the appeal is dismissed as abated.
