1. Heard Ms. Sweta Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.
2. Learned Standing Counsel states that restoration application filed on 09.09.2020, which was pending before Naib Tehsildar, Sadar, Ballia was decided vide order dated 31.8.2021.
3. The sole prayer in the writ petition was for direction upon respondent No.4 to decide the restoration application within stipulated time. As the application has already been decided by respondent no.4 on 31.8.2021 the writ petition has become infructuous.
4. In view of the statement made by learned Standing Counsel, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
