The sole grievance of the petitioner is that the Revision being Revision No. 1939 of 2017 (Computerized Case No. AL20170242001939) filed challenging the order dated 21.8.2017 was not being decided and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the Revision be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Learned Standing Counsel states that all endeavour shall be made to decide the aforesaid Revision.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Revision being Revision No. 1939 of 2017 (Computerized Case No. AL20170242001939) be decided within a period of three months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order, if there is no other legal impediment. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
