Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petition is disposed of by directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Kaushambi to decide the application 6C filed in Original Suit No.648 of 2017 expeditiously preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of the certified copy of this order in accordance with law.
