Petitioner is permitted to correct the array of parties.
Learned Standing Counsel accepts notice on behalf of respondent nos.2 and 3 also. Sri Rajnish Kumar Rai has appeared for the respondent no.4.
Petitioner has superannuated from the post of Senior Assistant in the department of Town and Country Planning Department on 30th September, 2009. Petitioner's grievance is that most of his retiral dues have been paid, but part of the gratuity as well as leave enchashment, earned leave, commutation of pension etc. has not been released to him so far. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has already approached respondent no.2 on 13.2.2018, but no decision has yet been taken.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the above, this writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no.2 to accord consideration of petitioner's representation dated 13.2.2018, in accordance with law, within a period of four months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order alongwith the copy of the representation. In case any amount is found due and payable to petitioner, the same shall be released, within a further period of six weeks, thereafter.
