Heard learned counsel for parties.
The Court finds no ground to interfere with the order of transfer which posts the petitioner here consequent to his promotion to the post of Senior Assistant which was made. Before the Court, it is not disputed that the post which is occupied by the petitioner is transferable. The order of transfer is also not established to be in violation of any statutory provision or the terms and conditions of services of the petitioner.
