1. From perusal of the prayer made in the writ petition, it transpires that petitioner has approached the Prescribed Authority by filing election petition under Section 12-C of U.P. Panchayat Raj Act, 1947 on 10.6.2021.
2. The election for the Gram Panchayat was held in the State in the month of April, 2021. This petition has been filed for a direction for early disposal of the election petition.
3. From the record, it transpires that only two months have passed since filing of election petition as such no such direction can be issued to the authorities at this stage.
4. Writ petition stands dismissed.
