This note for speaking to minutes has been filed Mr.Tattvam K.Patel, learned advocate for the appellants, for correcting the order dated 21-6-2012 passed in Appeal From Order No.189 of 2012. It is stated that although Mr.Mihir Joshi, Sr.Advocate has never appeared for Mr.Tattvam K.Patel for respondent Nos.1 to 5, his name has been inadvertently mentioned at the place of appearance and hence, it is requested that his name may be deleted and appearance column be corrected.
Under the circumstances, name of "Mr.Mihir Joshi, Sr.Adv." as shown at the place of appearance as appearing for Mr.Tattvam K.Patel for respondent Nos.1 to 5 be deleted and name of only Mr.Tattvam K.Patel be shown as the learned advocate appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 5 from the order dated 21-6-2012 passed in Appeal From Order No.189 of 2012 and the appearance column be correct to that extent. Office to issue a fresh writ accordingly.
