The petitioner claims to have been engaged on the post of Safai Karmi on a regular post and has worked till 2013 when her services were discontinued orally. The contention is that no written order has been passed to terminate the services of the petitioner and moreover, there was no question of discontinuance, in as much as, the petitioners was working on the post of Safai Karmi on a regular post.
The only prayer made in the present petition is to issue a direction to the respondent to consider the claim of the petitioner.
To this prayer, no objection has been taken by the learned counsel for the respondent.
In view thereof, without expressing any opinion as to the merits of the claim of the petitioner, the present petition is being disposed of with the direction to the respondent no.3 namely Executive Officer, Nagar Panchayat Chharra, Aligarh to consider the claim of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order in accordance with law, preferably, within a period of two months from the date of submission of certified copy of this order after due notice to the petitioner.
