JUDGMENT / ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for the petitioner concedes that what was constructed as a residential property is being used as a Training Centre and that too, without obtaining conversion of use. She, however, submits that before the petitioner could take steps for such conversion, in view of lock and seal notice, the petitioner rushed to Court where status quo order was granted.
2.On our query, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that even till date, the conversion has not been sought, but undertakes to the Court that the petitioner will make the requisite application within a period of two (2) weeks from today.
3.On such application being made, the concerned respondent authorities will take a decision on the same within a maximum period of two (2) months thereafter.
4.Further action in respect of the property would depend on the fate of the said application.
Writ petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, M.P.Nos.1 and 2 of 2015 stand closed.
